Yoga 101 offers a steady foundation to move, breathe, and feel better in your body. Each week we’ll build on the last—deepening your understanding of postures, breath, and flow—while keeping the pace welcoming for everyone.
Students are encouraged to attend the entire series, as each class references what came before. However, you can start anytime. Come when you can, and grow at your own pace.
No experience needed.
