Meditation 101 Session: Declutter Your Mind

Weekly Meditation classes to help you integrate Meditation into your life.
This session runs from March 12 to April 12.
Attend all classes separately as as drop-in ($20.) or save by attending any 4 sessions for $70.
Every class will cover the practice of meditation, a light preparation of the body and formal meditation practice.
Feel less intimidated about Meditation and make it a part of your life!
Our theme for this series is on "Declutter Your Mind". Meditation for clarity and focus. (Who couldn't use this!)
Learn about mastering your thoughts and feelings using mantras, music and positive affirmations.
Starts the week of March 12.
