Nia ® Moving to Heal is  the "Joy of Movement" for those seeing a holistic, gentler movement practice that is adaptable to every body's individual needs and abilities. 

You will never be bored in class, with the soul-storing music, and easy- to-do dance, martial arts and yoga moves that are based on the natural design of the body.

 Nia ® is a barefoot cardio-dance experience that teaches you how to personalize movement and  use "feeling better" as a gauge to condition your body, relax your mind and enJOY your self!
