Nia is a Joyful cardio dance class that emphasizes the mind-body connection. Blending dance moves, martial arts and yoga, Nia provides you with the best of all movement experiences. Get stronger, work your heart, be more flexible and improve your balance. This innovative class uses great music and easy to learn moves.

SPECIAL NIA WHITE BELT CLASSES.
We have a White Belt Training at the studio the weekends of November 8 - 10 & 15 - 17, and you are invited to join us. 

Some classes will have visiting guest Nia teachers!! What a treat! Classes are open to all levels. Newbies -- this is a great time to come try Nia.
