Mindful Slow Flow is an all levels class that invites you to use your breath with movement. At times this class may emphasize going at a slower or more mindful pace to help you to discover inner awareness and self-focus. Yoga techniques will be shared that will help you to use comfort as a personal gauge that will help you to improve your practice -- not matter what level or fitness ability you are at.
This winter we offer this class on Mondays at 7:00 pm, and Thursdays at 6:15 pm.
