Somatic Strength (+ Weights)

Build strength, boost energy, and move with confidence in this uplifting, music-driven class. Using weights, bars, balls, and resistance tools, you’ll explore purposeful movement that strengthens the whole body while improving balance, mobility, and cardiovascular health.

Grounded in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga foundations, this class weaves in elements of barre, pilates, Nia®, and creative variations to bring variety, support bone health, and enhance coordination and body awareness.

This is not a beginner level class and is best suited for those with movement experience. It offers an enjoyable, full-body challenge designed to feel both doable and effective, leaving you feeling strong, refreshed, and ready for what’s next.
