We are expanding our Prenatal Yoga classes to welcome Postnatal New Moms!
Postnatal Moms -- Please register for this class so we can plan the class accordingly.
Designed for women who are pregnant or recently postpartum, this class supports strength, mobility, balance, and overall well-being through a safe and adaptable yoga practice. Special attention is given to the pelvic floor, abdominal muscles, and the changing needs of the body during pregnancy and recovery after birth.
