Blending the best of Hatha and Vinyasa, class opens with breath work and mindful warm-ups before easing into a flowing sequence of sun salutations and standing poses, with room to find your edge. We gradually wind down with deeper stretches and close in guided meditation and deep relaxation, so you leave loose in the body and clear in the mind.
"Easy" is the mood, not the effort.
This class is best with a little yoga or movement already in you.
