Breathe & Balance is a Monday evening yoga class designed to help you begin your week from a place of calm and to be centered.
This class is for all levels of experiences and skills to explore how breath & balance are used to enhance their yoga practice, through foundational yoga poses, sun salutations, strength, deep stretches & relaxation.
As always, the class is shaped by the people in the room, with options and guidance offered for different levels, needs, and energetics each week.
Come reconnect with your practice, reset, and begin the week with greater balance, on the mat and off.
