Mindful Flow: Unwind is an all-levels Vinyasa class that links breath with movement to help you release the day and settle into your evening.
The practice moves at a thoughtful, comfortable pace, weaving together sun salutations, standing poses, and supportive floor work with time to stretch and unwind. Clear guidance and options are offered throughout, making the class accessible while still offering depth.
As the class winds down, you’ll be guided into deeper stretches and a final relaxation to help calm the nervous system, ease tension, and support a restful night.
