Discover Nia Somatic Movement, a fun, stress-relieving practice for all levels. This class blends dance, martial arts, and mindfulness, inviting you to move in a way that feels natural and right for your body.

Set to energizing music, movements are easy to follow and include expressive steps, punches, kicks, and moments of stillness. Practiced barefoot, Nia helps you feel grounded, connected, and fully present.

You’ll move, build strength, and improve flexibility and agility while experiencing a balance of movement and awareness that supports both body and mind.

This class is offered as a hybrid experience, both online and in-studio.
