Hatha Yoga is an all-levels class with a grounded, no-rush pace. It’s a great fit for beginners, those returning to yoga, and anyone who appreciates a slower, more intentional approach.

In class, we spend time with breath and mindfulness while exploring foundational poses and how to move into them with clarity, ease, and awareness.

This practice helps reduce stress, improve mobility, and build a deeper understanding of how your body moves, leaving you with more ease in your body and a calmer, clearer mind.
