Gentle Hatha is an all-levels yoga class with a grounded, no-rush pace. It’s a great class for beginners, those getting back to the mat, and experienced students who appreciate a slower, more intentional practice.
In class, we spend time with breath and mindfulness while exploring basic foundational poses, discovering how to move into them safely, with ease and efficiency.
Our goal for this class is to help you feel less stress in your mind and more ease in your body, ready for whatever the day brings.
