Gentle Flow is a welcoming, vinyasa-influenced class designed for all levels. Beginners, those returning to yoga, and anyone looking for a supportive and caring practice will feel right at home.

We begin with breath to help settle the mind, then move through familiar yoga poses at a gentle, unrushed pace. Clear guidance and personalized options support movement that is accessible and adaptable for every body, with a focus on body ease and mental clarity and focus.
