Mindful Flow is an awareness-based Vinyasa yoga class that links breath with movement, welcoming students of all levels. The class includes sun salutations, standing poses, supportive floor poses, and deep stretches to help you release the day and settle into your evening.
Beginners are supported with clear cues, while experienced students are offered options to deepen the practice and build strength and ease. The class concludes with a deep relaxation pose to support balance, ease, and restful sleep.
