This Sunday yoga series is an invitation to gather, move, and spend meaningful time together. It is created especially for the Made in Gathering community.

Each class offers all-levels yoga, along with simple tools for breath awareness, stress relief, and mindful movement. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced mover, you will be guided with options and encouragement in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Classes are designed to feel nourishing and doable, with space for conversation, connection, and the ease of being together as part of the Sunday rhythm.

This is a time to move, unwind, and reconnect with yourself and with others. Everyone is welcome, regardless of movement experience.
