Root to Rise is designed to help you feel grounded and connected as you begin your day, building strength, balance, and stability through a steady morning practice. Great for all levels, we’ll work with fundamental yoga poses and spend time exploring how to move into and out of them with awareness and intention.

With clear guidance, you’ll discover how each pose can support you in feeling stronger, more capable, and at ease, on the mat and beyond.
