Restorative/Yin Yoga
Restorative/Yin yoga poses are done mostly on the mat -- no active poses in this class.
Designed to support you in a deep restful place. Blankets & props are used to support you and all levels will love this class. Gentle hands on assist (optional) provided, as well as an extended sound bath meditation.
This class will calm your nervous system and encourage deep relaxation, better sleep, and less stress.
Come as you are, and we'll take it from there. :)
