Flow + Yin Yoga are two complementary styles that are blended into one complete practice.
Our session begins with breath-led, energizing movement to build strength, stability, and ease in the body. Flow-based yoga postures will help you move, increase your flexibility, explore balance, and arrive fully in the moment.
From there, we will shift into the stillness of Yin Yoga (deep relaxation). Floor-based poses are held passively, giving your body and mind time to release and settle. Quiet and grounding, this portion of class offers deeper stretching and a calmer mind.
Class will close with a sound-healing experience to support your mind, body and soul and to help you transition peacefully into the rest of your day.
