Flow + Yin Yoga blends two complementary styles into one complete practice.

We begin with breath-led, energizing movement to build strength, stability, and ease in the body. Flow-based yoga postures will help you move, increase your flexibility, explore balance, and arrive fully in the moment.

From there, we shift into the stillness of Yin Yoga (deep relaxation). Floor-based poses are held passively, giving your body and mind time to release and settle. Quiet and grounding, this portion of class offers deeper stretching and a calmer mind.

We close with a brief sound-healing experience to support deep relaxation and help you transition peacefully into the rest of your day.
