Unwind, restore, and immerse yourself in deep relaxation with Restore & Renew (with Sound Play). This special pop-up class blends gentle restorative yoga with the healing vibrations of sound, guiding you into a state of profound rest and renewal.

We begin with a few gentle stretches, and a guided meditation. Then, we will settle into a restorative pose (with options more) for your extended Savasana with sound-healing!

This class is designed for you to release tension and prepare the body for stillness. This class will help you to calm your nervous system and encouraging deep relaxation.
