Feel Good Flow (Evening) offers an end-of-day reset through breathwork, mindful flow, and poses. This class will helps you to unwind, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. Level-appropriate options are weaved throughout the class to help you explore what is "just right" fo ryou -- to feel the most comfortable and successful in your practice.
You are only allowed to make reservations 14 days in advance.
