All levels, from confident beginners to seasoned yogi's will enjoy the artful blend of asana, gentle flow and mindful breath.

Whether you’re looking to ease tension, build strength, or simply have an hour off from. your day to day, Feel Good Yoga provides a balanced practice that encourages you to honor your body and make moment to moment choices.

Feel Good Flow (Evening) offers an end-of-day reset through breathwork, mindful flow, and poses. This class will helps you to unwind, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. Level-appropriate options are weaved throughout the class to help you explore what is "just right" fo ryou -- to feel the most comfortable and successful in your practice.
