Connect deeply with your body and breath in this intentional, present-moment practice. 

Through mindful movement and conscious sequencing, you'll build strength, release tension, and cultivate a sense of grounded awareness. 

This is yoga as a felt experience and is less about getting it "right" and more about being fully present. It is an invitation to drop out of your head, and to be present in the current moment. 

Class ends with deep relaxation featuring guided meditation or crystal singing bowls to integrate your class experience and ease into your evening. 

All levels will enjoy this class.
