Through mindful movement and conscious sequencing, you'll build strength, release tension, and cultivate a sense of grounded awareness. 

This class combines classic yoga poses with mindful awareness to help you find choices that are just right for your body & mind. Modifications provided for all levels and experiences -- whether you are just beginning your yoga practice, returning or ready to expand your practice, this class is for you. 

Class ends with deep relaxation featuring guided meditation or crystal singing bowls to integrate your class experience and ease into your evening. 

All levels will enjoy this class.
