This class is a total body experience for all levels. 

Set to upbeat music, this class uses light weights, sandbags, core balls, and body bars to strengthen your entire body. Our creative, fun, and innovative approach blends Yoga, Nia, Pilates and Barre techniques to help you build strength, increase flexibility, enhance your balance, and feel great both in class and afterward.
