Discover the Joy of Movement with Nia® Mind Body Dance, a fun and stress-relieving practice for all levels. This class blends dance, martial arts, and mindfulness, encouraging you to move in a way that feels right for your body.

Set to energizing music, the moves are easy to follow and combine creative expression, punches, kicks, and mindful awareness. Nia® Mind Body Dance is practiced barefoot to help you feel grounded and connected. It’s a great way to condition and strengthen your body, improve flexibility and agility, and embrace stillness and stability with awareness and mindfulness.
