This class is safe for your joints (especially knees) and uses props such as chairs & light weights, this class blends moves from yoga, nia, barre & pilates to help you strengthen your legs, core, and upper body joyfully. 

Whether you’re managing knee issues or simply looking for a safe, effective way to stay strong and mobile, this class is the perfect balance of challenge and support.
