About the class:
Designed for ALL LEVELS of movement experience.

Nia is a total body movement experience that blends dance, martial arts, and healing arts into one workout. The key to Nia is that we encourage you to move in ways that feel right for your body.

In our Learn the Moves class you will discover how Nia's 52 moves help to condition, and release stress joyfully and safely for your body and mind. 

Set to energizing music, the moves are easy to follow and combine creative expression, punches, kicks, and mindful awareness. Nia® Dance is practiced barefoot to help you feel grounded and connected. It’s a great way to condition and strengthen your body, improve flexibility and agility, and embrace stillness and stability with awareness and mindfulness.
