Gentle Yoga: ❤️ Love Your Lower Back

We are excited to bring to you a more focused therapeutic practice that will be focusing on our Lower Back. 


This is one of the most common requests we get at the studio -- 
for a practice that can help improve our comfort and ease in the lower back,
hips, hamstrings and pelvic girdle. 

This class is for all levels. And, uses a gentle, mindful approach to help you deepen your connection to your breath and movement. 


We focus on the essential elements of yoga, both physical and mental. You’ll leave feeling more connected to your body and de-stressed.
