Join us for an energizing yoga class that blends challenge and relaxation, strength and stillness, flexibility and fun.

We offer modifications for all poses to suit every level, though some familiarity with yoga basics is recommended.

Each session starts with a brief centering meditation to help you clear your mind, followed by a sequence of poses designed to enhance balance, strength, and flexibility. Every class has a unique theme, ranging from injury prevention and healing to mindfulness and personal growth. You'll gain valuable skills to deepen your practice in each class.
