Please note:  This class will run as soon as we have enough registrations. We want to start it on Thursday, 26th, however, if we do not have enough we will put it off a week as  we need a minimum to run the class.

6 classes 2xs a week: $270 

Drop-in: $30.

At Move2Joy, our Prenatal Yoga classes are designed to be a nurturing, supportive space for expecting moms at every stage of their pregnancy. These classes blend gentle yoga poses, mindful breathing, and meditation to help you feel strong, flexible, and connected to your changing body and growing baby.

Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you'll find a welcoming, personalized approach to your pregnancy journey. Our goal is to provide you with tools and techniques that promote physical strength, emotional calm, and a deeper connection to your pregnancy. Every session will leave you feeling refreshed and empowered as you move through your pregnancy journey with confidence and joy.
