An active yoga class that is a mix of challenge & chill, strength & stillness, flexibility & fun.

Modifications are given for all poses to accommodate the different levels in classes.
A familiarity with yoga fundamentals is recommended.

In each class, we begin with a short centering meditation to help you remove distractions. You will then be guided through a series of  poses that focus on balance, strength and overall flexibility. 

Each class will have its own theme and intention which can vary from injury prevention and healing, to mindfulness, awareness to personal conditioning. In all classes you will receive skills to help you deepen your practice.

Please advise the instructor of any injuries you may be healing.
