Nia is a barefoot mind body dance class that combines the expressiveness of dance (rhythm, beats, shapes in space), the power and strength of martial arts (kicks, punches, blocks & strikes)  and the form and freedom of yoga. (alignment and dynamic tension) 
It's an amazing workout!
