NIa is an upright movement class that is done barefoot. (Our Yoga Studio is a barefoot studio and we have a floating dance floor installed) We blend dance moves with punches and kicks and always with an awareness of our body in space. 

A movement class that will get you moving and grooving in ways that feel good for your body and soul. 

Nia® is a sensory-based movement practice that draws from martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. It empowers people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Classes are taken barefoot to soul-stirring music world wide. Every experience can be adapted to individual needs and abilities.
