This mat-based class for a strong & balanced body. Yoga poses are creatively combined with Barre and Nia moves that are designed to strengthen, condition, and mindfully enhance your practice and balance. 

Light weights and props, such as pilates balls, body bars, sandbags, and yoga blocks are used to target the whole body -- especially arms, core, pelvic floor, and legs. 

Mindfulness techniques are woven throughout the class to help us stay grounded and present. 
The class is designed to be uplifting and fun. 
Come energize your body, and uplift your spirit in our supportive community vibe. 

Great for all levels.
