This class will  use both slow flow & deep stretching movements with the one main goal: for you to feel better. This class is for those who enjoy a grounded and feel-good, no pretense approach to yoga. Be in your body, release your mind -- all with a side of Joy. 

This is an all-levels class for Every Body no matter your level of yoga experience. (Although if you are shinny brand new to yoga, please let your instructor know as they will share modifications that are just right for you.)

Friday's 9:00 am is a Hybrid Class.
We will have in-studio and online participants. (registration is needed for both classes in advance)
