Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday, you will receive an email with the day's theme and activity for you, from tips, tutorials, challenges, or a
20-minute video that you can watch ANYTIME all summer long!

Mondays: Moving On and Off the Mat
Will include walking & personal practice challenges, tips, legs & feet focus practice to strengthen and stretch, improve your balance and even some summer dance moves!

Wednesdays: At the Core and Arms
Discover what you can do in 20 minutes to keep your core and arms summer ready! A mid-week blast that you will want to do all week long.

Fridays: Recipes for Joy:
From self-care treatments, to nutritious power snacks, smoothies, and defiitely a few summer libations to enjoy for weekend and all week long!
