What better time to give back to yourself than during the winter months. Yoga as a whole promotes healthy balances in our bodies including digestion, lung function and respiratory health. It is during a restorative yoga practice that we give our bodies a chance to slow down to help improve the function of internal organs, remove any stagnation, relax the nervous system and calm our minds. During this 1.5 hr workshop, we will move and melt into immunity boosting postures that help our bodies to resist impurities. Unlike a traditional restorative practice, we will begin standing and will then work our way to the earth to promote stillness and bliss.
Readings focused on positivity and healthy practices will accompany our postures. A playlist will be made available to you should you want to have soothing music during your practice.
So gather your cozy clothes, blankets and pillows and be prepared to heal your mind, body and soul!
