Feel Good Yoga: an all level's class for Every Body no matter your level of yoga experience. We will explore both Flow & deep stretching with the one mail goal: For you to FEEL BETTER. Movement to heal. We'll use breath, slow flow movements, passive and supported poses. This is a perfect healing yoga class that is also appropriate for those working with an injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a grounded and feel good approach to yoga.
