Let's stretch,  extend and energize our bodies and minds together. 

For those working or caregiving at home, this will be designed for you to take a break from your day and be able to focus on what the afternoon brings. 

All levels are welcome.

Option: Can be a 45-minute class if you are tight on time.
We can set you up to make your exit while the rest are in their final poses.
