Move with breath in this vinyasa-based flow class and come discover your own power and strength. 

Clear instructions will help you to feel more confident and successful in your practice. This class will build endurance, flexibility, strength and mental focus. Be inspired by the guidance of your teacher in a challenging, supportive and most of all, playful experience!

Modifications will be given so that you can discover your own potential, trust your body knowledge and improve your well-being. However, if you are a beginner or new to yoga, we do not suggest you start with this class.
