We will warm up, stretch out and strengthen! In this yoga class, students will focus on linking conscious breath with an energetic and mindful flow. Emphasis will be on hamstrings, knees, hips and our most powerful center --- the core! Yoga sequences will help you to gain strength, be more flexible and improve your concentration while also calming the mind. 

For all levels -- class can be modified for every Body.
