[Pop-Up] Yoga Basics

This class will focus on the foundational yoga poses and breathing techniques. Great for anyone who wants to spend more time on the basics, improve their practice, and feel more comfortable and at ease in yoga poses. The class will combine "how to" with "let's do it now" and modifications and adjustments for all levels will be offered.

Great for all levels from beginners to advanced who want to improve their yoga foundations.
