Let's face it, there is a lot of sitting in our day to day. And for many, a lot of discomfort as a result of being in the same position for too long.
Movement is one of the easiest ways to relieve sitting stress, which is why you feel so great after a Yoga or Nia class. But we want you to feel better before class as well.

Discover how you can find balance in your body to breath better and to reduce fatigue and drag on your muscles.
