Come discover how by using breath you can enhance any pose or asana. We will also explore balance, both in body and mind. You will love how by exploring breath in our standing poses, sun salutations, inversions, balance poses you can individualize your practice.

This class is for all levels and will demonstrate modifications to feel your very best, during and after.
