A class for all levels of yoga experience. This class is balanced in mind and body. Modifications and props provided. Include breathing, gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses. 

Whether you have an injury, limited mobility or are looking for a personal challenge at the end of the day -- this is a great way to wind-down and end your day. The best part is in the home stretch of the class, where supportive, deep relaxation poses.
