Mindful Flow + Restore is an all levels vinyasa based class that uses a  more mindful approach to yoga flow that will allow you to cultivate your own inner awareness. Discover how using breath with movement, you can access your own inner and outer strength, in this very approachable and feel good practice.  Class ends with a deep relaxation and choice of aromatherapy to prepare you for your evening and a great sleep! 

What does all levels mean? In this class, modifications, and suggestions are giving so that everyone, no matter where they are in their practice, can experience the best class for them. Beginners will become more familiar with yoga poses, while experienced yogi's will explore how to enhance their practice and reach their own potential.
