A class for all levels of yoga experience. A slower-paced flow, balanced in mind and body. This class will be provide modifications and props and will include breathing, gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses.
Whether you have an injury, limited mobility or are looking for a personal challenge at the end of the day -- this is a great way to wind-down and end your day. The best part is in the home stretch of the class, where supportive, deep relaxation poses with (optional) aromatherapy are provided.
