Unleash your inner Wakefield Warrior in this energetic, mindful and balanced yoga class that fluidly flows from one pose to the next, while connecting breath to movement. Warriors love a challenge and this class will meet your individual needs. Some yoga experience is suggested for this class, but all levels will be addressed with options provided for a less intense or more experience.
