Mindful & Strong

This class is for all levels. Modifications will be given so that you can participate at a level that is just right. Explore how through a more mindful practice, you can become stronger and more flexible, balanced, and focused. This class will invite you to deepen your connection to your breath, alignment, and movement, to condition and strengthen you from the inside to out.
