A dynamic class designed to sculpt and strengthen your body. This class artfully blends the core-strengthening poses of yoga with the precision and conditioning of barre, inspired pilates techniques and light weights & props to create a comprehensive workout that targets your arms, core, and legs.

All moves are explained in detail and guidance is given to make the class enjoyable and attainable. 

This class will energize your body, and challenge and uplift your spirit through its lively rhythms and a supportive community vibe.
